  • Cancellation will prevent future charges, but users will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing cycle.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our product within the first 7-days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
  • To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@brainyplus.com with your order details, transaction details and support documents.
2. Refund Process
  •  Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@brainyplus.com within 7 days of original purchase date.
  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Razor pay’s processing fees or payment gateways (if applicable) may be non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility Criteria

We also offer refunds in the following cases-

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same subscription, we will process a full refund of the duplicate amount.

Unauthorized Transaction: If you did not authorize a payment, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations-

Change of Mind: Users who no longer wish to use the service after purchase and not raising a refund request within 7-days of purchase.

Partial Usage: Users who have accessed the platform but decide to cancel before the end of the billing period

Failure to Cancel: Users who do not cancel before the next billing cycle are responsible for that charge.

5. Enterprise/ Yearly Plan Subscription Terms
  • Custom enterprise/ yearly discounted plans are subject to separate agreements with specific cancellation and refund terms.
  • Clients with annual or volume-based contracts must adhere to the terms outlined in their contract.
  • No refunds are available for enterprise plans, unless explicitly stated in the contract.
