- Prabhakar is Founder, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of BrainyPlus and responsible for operations, business development, client relations, data research, collection methodology, process design, technology tools design and client delivery of BrainyPlus.
- Qualified Accounting Professional, Content Operations Leader, and Incubator for Successful Processes with 32+ years’ experience.
- His expertise includes investment intelligence development, financial services, outsourcing, process designing, quality control systems, client feeds, corporate governance, corporate finance, accounting, internal auditing, information systems audit and providing IT enabled services.
- Prabhakar helped organizations in incubating new processes, new ideas and managing big teams successfully by undertaking key responsibilities such as envisioning, planning, recruiting and training teams, and developed leadership at all levels.
- He has got proven track record in understanding client requirements and initiating databases to help “Investment Professionals” by replacing current purchases from external vendors and saved expenses in millions to the company.
- Prabhakar is also Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FinacPlus finacplus.com and he played key role in making the company successful and within 6 years, company reached to 35+ global clients with 450+ resources.
- Prabhakar worked in 2016-17 as AVP – Data Analytics with Shore Group Associates and worked for 13+ years at S&P Global Market Intelligence as Senior Director – Corporate Data Analytics from 2003 to 2016
- He is a Fellow Member of Chartered Accountants of India (1996), Fellow Member of Cost Accountants of India (1994), and Associate Member of company Secretaries of India (2007), Member of All India Management Association (1997) and Member of Lead India National Club (2007) and he completed his Master of Commerce in 1993 and a Diploma in Information Systems and Audit in 2007.
